A hands-on pasta making evening where authentic Italian cooking meets Texas craftsmanship — built around handmade tagliatelle, exceptional meats, and ingredients worth slowing down for.

 


Join Olio&Olive and Deep Cuts for a one-night collaborative experience centered on fresh pasta, craftsmanship, and the kind of food meant to be shared around a table. This intimate event combines the ingredient-first philosophy of Olio&Olive with the craftsmanship and quality meats Deep Cuts has become known for in Dallas.

The evening begins with a curated tasting featuring Deep Cuts charcuterie alongside Italian cheeses, olives, crackers and accompaniments selected by Olio&Olive. Then, guests will step behind the table for a fully hands-on pasta making experience, learning how Italians truly approach fresh pasta — starting with ingredients, texture and technique — before mixing, kneading and preparing fresh tagliatelle entirely by hand in a relaxed small-group setting.

Once the pasta is ready, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a freshly prepared pasta dinner in true communal Italian fashion.

Guests will also leave with fresh pasta to enjoy at home, along with a specialty meat selection from Deep Cuts.

This is not a formal cooking school experience.
It’s an evening built around craftsmanship, conversation, exceptional ingredients, and the simple pleasure of making food together.

This collaboration brings those two worlds together through handmade pasta, shared food and a passion for doing things properly.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking.
As seating is extremely limited, tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 4 days before the event date will receive a credit that can be applied toward a future Olio&Olive experience. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend.

Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
Each seat is prepared in advance, and last-minute changes prevent us from offering the experience to other guests.

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule the experience, you will be offered the option of a full credit or refund.
