At Olio&Olive, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order to help ensure your products arrive safely and in optimal condition.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard service is available within the contiguous U.S.
  • Limited shipping options may be available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
  • We can ship to P.O. Boxes for select dry goods only.
  • Perishable items and certain products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and require a physical street address.
  • If a P.O. Box is entered for an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to request an updated address.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Please note that processing times may be affected by order volume, holidays, weekends, product availability, and packaging requirements, especially for perishable items.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Shipping options are presented at checkout based on your order.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Refrigerated Shipping: 1–3 business days

These are estimated transit times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Perishable Items

Products such as cheese, cured meats, fresh pasta, and certain seafood require refrigerated shipping. Chocolates (unless it is a spread) are shipped as perishables in summer and when high temperatures would compromise them.

  • Perishable items are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to help avoid weekend delays.
  • When perishable items are added to your cart, refrigerated shipping becomes mandatory at checkout.
  • Perishable items are not eligible for free shipping.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $125 or more.

  • Applies to eligible non-perishable items only
  • Valid within the contiguous United States
  • If your order includes any perishable item, free shipping will not apply

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order contents, destination, and shipping method selected.

Carrier rates are calculated in real time where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, or not accepted within the carrier’s delivery window, shipping charges are non-refundable.

For perishable orders, items may not be reshipped or refunded if they become unsellable due to delivery issues.

Important Notes

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.
  • Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
  • Orders shipped late in the day may show tracking updates the following business day.
