Refund policy
At Olio&Olive, we carefully select every product we offer and stand behind its quality. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
- Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns based on taste preferences, as food products are subjective by nature.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Cheese
- Cured meats
- Fresh pasta
- Seafood requiring refrigeration
- Chocolate and temperature-sensitive items
All perishable products are final sale.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee
Returns may be subject to a restocking/handling fee of up to 10% to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or not accepted within the carrier’s delivery window:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Perishable items may not be eligible for refund if they become unsellable
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received and inspected.
