Rich, creamy, and irresistibly delicate, Stracciatella is the luscious filling traditionally found inside fresh Burrata.

Our Stracciatella is handcrafted in small batches by the same family-owned cheesemaker that produces our fresh Burrata, using traditional Italian cheesemaking techniques. Tender strands of fresh stretched-curd cheese are combined with cream to create its characteristic soft, silky texture and wonderfully fresh flavor.

Stracciatella is exceptionally versatile. Spoon it over toasted bread or focaccia, serve it alongside tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, add it to pizza after baking, or use it to finish pasta and vegetable dishes. It also makes a beautiful centerpiece for a simple antipasto.
