Balocco Savoiardi Ladyfingers

Balocco Savoiardi Ladyfingers, a fine Italian specialty, are made with simple and selected ingredients. Particularly tasty, they are ideal soaked in liquors or creams for preparation of delicious desserts. These cookies are similar to sponge ladyfingers, but lighter and less sweet. They are served as an accompaniment to ice cream, fruit salad, and creamy puddings. Savoiardi are also used for making layers in sweet preparations such as tiramisu.
