The range of Italian cheeses is enormous: sweet, creamy, fresh; aged for a few days, months, or years; mild, sharp, blue, smoked.
Soft, hard, semi-hard, semi-soft. Goat milk, sheep's milk, cow milk, and combinations thereof. Some are studded with truffles, some with olives. Some have wine added.
This sampler is the perfect way to start discovering some of the wonderful and unique cheeses from various regions of Italy.

Anonymous I just wanted to pass along a "thank you". I just received your cheese sampler and a larger version of the olive sampler I tried earlier. The family loves them. The olives are top notch, and I appreciate the vacuum packaging. We take them to the beach that way; very convenient. And the labeling personifies each type, starting web searches and conversation. I tried the cheese sampler this time - also excellent. The gorgonzola was so strong I winched (a compliment), and the sweet cheese (U~ something) was perfect. Again, just saying thank you.
