Produced in the Monti Iblei region of southeastern Sicily, Primo is made exclusively from Tonda Iblea olives, a variety famous throughout Italy for its extraordinary aroma. While many extra virgin olive oils offer notes of grass, herbs, or artichoke, Tonda Iblea is known for something far more distinctive: fresh green tomato.

The olives are harvested early in the season while still green and milled within hours to preserve their freshness, aroma, and vibrant character. The result is an intensely flavorful extra virgin olive oil that immediately stands apart from the generic oils found on supermarket shelves.
