Manicardi Botticella Oro IGP is a classic balsamic vinegar made in the traditional Modena style. Aged in casks made from chestnut, cherry, juniper, mulberry and oak wood, creating a rich and harmonious flavor as it ages. A high content of cooked must gives this balsamic a sweet flavor which makes it ideal for pairing with strawberries, aged parmigiano Reggiano, roasted meats, ice cream and sorbets.
