LAURA'S KITCHEN

Rooted in Family, Season and Tradition

Laura's connection to Italian food began in her family kitchen. Her father taught her to appreciate quality ingredients and introduced her to the rituals and traditions of Italian cooking, while her mother showed her how food could become an occasion — bringing family and friends together around thoughtful menus and a beautifully set table.

Raised among the vineyard hills of Northern Italy, Laura developed a cooking style grounded in seasonality and the Mediterranean way of eating. Vegetables, grains, seafood, quality proteins and extra-virgin olive oil remain at the heart of her everyday cooking, with room, as Laura puts it, for “a little indulgence.”
