Fra’ Mani is derived from the Italian for “between or among hands” and conveys the message “from our hands to yours”.
Nostrano, Italian for “our own is a coarsely ground, mild and sweet in flavor salami. A natural with melon or figs. About 14 inches long, approx. 2 pounds. Slice paper thin pieces. 2015 Good Food Award Winner.
