Calabria is an organic extra virgin olive oil produced predominantly using the indigenous Dolce di Rossano varietal of olive, and with respect for the local environment, limiting the footprint on the local atmosphere, waters and land in its production process. Its gentle flavor and very mellow balance of bitterness and spice make it an ideal choice to accompany foods without disturbing natural flavors.
Produced by the same family since 1948, only the highest quality olives are selected and absolutely no pesticides are used in their cultivation, guaranteeing a healthy, truly organic product for its consumer.
