We ship within the continental U.S.A. and CANADA. Limited service to Alaska and Hawaii is now
available for an additional charge, please contact us to get a customized quote and transit time if you
reside in either state. Please also remember that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so a street address
is necessary in your shipping instructions.

Standard (3-7 days) - delivery in 3 to 7 business days, depending on how far you are from our Southern
California facilities. Valid to USA only.
UPS Ground - delivery in 1 to 5 business days, depending on how far you are from our Southern
California facilities, see UPS map below;
UPS 2nd Day Air - guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day within U.S.A;
UPS Standard to CANADA to any province in CANADA;
Refrigerated (1-2 days) - required for perishable items and valid to USA only.
USPS Priority (2 days) - delivery time is typically 2 days, however cannot be guaranteed
UPS rates are calculated in real time once the shipping address is entered.
USPS rates are calculated on a flat rate base.
Flat rates are used for refrigerated shipment due to the complexity of this shipment.
Once again, weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays do not "count" as business days,
so please take this into consideration when estimating the arrival of your package.
Perishable items are shipped Monday thru Wednesday.
The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. Buyer is
fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.
Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding
tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.
As soon as your order ships, your package will be issued a tracking number and the status of your order
changed from "Pending" to "Shipped". Because our warehouse ships until very late in the afternoon
however, it may be possible that a Shipment Confirmation email with related tracking info is not sent to
you until the business morning after your order has shipped.
Finally bear in mind that, although the tracking number is issued as soon as your package is prepared
by our warehouse, it takes the carrier a few hours to pick up the shipment and input its information into
the online tracking system. Therefore, for the first few hours of the shipping day, checking the status of
your order by using the provided tracking number may return a "Tracking Number Could Not Be Found in
UPS or USPS Database" message. Just wait a few more hours (up to 12 may be necessary) and your
tracking information will eventually show up.
We have selected these products for their outstanding quality and are sure that you will be delighted with
your purchase. If for any reason your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not satisfied with
the goods please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the products and we will substitute the unopened
items. Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. Customer is
responsible for shipping costs to return unopened items for a refund. If you receive damaged goods
please notify us immediately and keep the goods in the original packaging.
