About Columbro Pasta
Columbro has been producing the
highest quality pasta for almost
40 years -- in Italy, where
"highest quality pasta" means
something. Columbro's secrets
are: exceptional ingredients, an
original production process, and
time.

Columbro uses only first-grade
Italian raw materials like
high-protein semolina durum
wheat. Between 80 and 90% of
the ingredients are local to the
Marche region northeast of Rome,
on the Adriatic coast, where
Columbro Pasta is made.

Columbro's specially made bronze
molds produce pasta with a
rougher surface, so unlike other
pastas, the sauce doesn't slip off
of Columbro Pasta -- it clings.

Columbro Pasta is slow dried at
low temperatures. This protects
the pasta from heat damage and
preserves the nutrients.
