Authentic May 25, 2017 Reviewer: Mary Pocchia from Staten Island , NY United States   I notice in cooking it gave off more starch with creamier looking pasta water as it cooked. That's good especially for cooking sauces to add a bit of pasta water to the sauce while simmering. Was this review helpful to you?
