This "flight" of balsamics was purchased as a gift for a very discerning 4 year old next door. Her after dinner treat is a piece of good bread drizzled with. balsamic vinegar. She reviewed these three and pronounced the 5 year old her favorite though what she's used to is more than 30 years old. They are all quite different ranging from the youngest which I would use in dressings to the oldest which is rich and tastes a bit like raisins, Great on cheese or over vanilla ice cream.
