Delicious Aged Balsamic Vinegar. August 26, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Corsicana, TX United States   Love the Modena Balsamic Vinegar. It had a sweet taste to it & wasn't too strong.  Would make a great gift. I used it on a salad & tried it over ice cream as suggested & it added a unique flavor to it.
