Piave, from the Dolomites of the veneto region, is a cooked curd cheese with a compact structure and a delicate, pleasant flavor with nutty undertones. Piave "Fresco” is a young cheese that has not fully developed its intense full bodied taste. The fragrance of this cheese is reminiscent of yogurt and milk, with a prevalent mild flavor.
