Sicilian extra virgin olive oil and the natural essence of lemons indigenous to the island of Sicily. The olives used to make this
infused oil are picked and crushed within eight hours in order to avoid any oxidation that could compromise the flavor and healthful
properties of the oil. In order to avoid an unpleasant chemical reaction between the olive oil and the lemons, the lemons are not
crushed with the olives. This would create a high acidity level. By just integrating the natural essence of Italian lemons, the result is
sheer citrusy flavor sans bitterness. Our Italian lemon extra virgin olive oil is the perfect compliment to salads and fish.
