Pici is a typical shape of pasta from Tuscany that is often enjoyed with hearty meat and game sauces or "all'aglione" - a garlic-heavy tomato sauce. Similar to spaghetti, but fatter, these pici are extruded through bronze dies and slowly dried for about 50 hours, following ancient traditions.
