GROKsi! Novello Crunchy cheese snack, oven baked 60gr. - GROKsi! is produced with 100% Italian cheese aged 3 months. These low- carb crispy treats are a healthy, tasty, crunchy snack on their own, but are also great in salads, soups or crumbled as a savory topping. They make a delicious and fun happy hour nibble...a lot of crunch without a lot of carb!
GROKsi! is a unique product which is oven baked and not fried, with no added preservatives or additives, and does not require refrigeration. GROKsi! is obtained by extracting the humidity present in the cheese, which is reduced from 33%-40% to 3%-4% in the finished product. The moisture extraction process causes the creation of the small air pockets and consequently modifies the product's structure.
GROKsi! retains all the nutritional qualities as well as the flavor of the cheese even after the transformation cycle, while giving the product a crunchy and non-oily texture. Thanks to its limited percentage of moisture and to the salt that is naturally present in cheese, GROK offers the benefit of a long preservation outside the refrigerator, also ensured by it being packed in protective atmosphere. The result is a special and unique product that is delicious and healthy, with a typical Italian flavor.
