It is dreamy served with tomatoes and olive oil, along with some crusty bread to soak it all up. It is also divine as a pizza topping and in pasta sauces.
Our fresh stracciatella comes in tubs and is best enjoyed within 5 days. Bring to room temperature before serving. Enjoy it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
