Cerignola olives, also known as Bella di Cerignola, are named after the town of
Cerignola in Apulia, Italy from which they’re sourced. These plump, meaty green
Italian olives are not only pleasingly piquant, they’re one of
the largest varieties in the world. With a mild, earthy taste, and
the perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness, these generously
sized green olives are perfect for an antipasto, in a salad, or just
as a tasty snack.
Please note that these olives can come in a variety of different green shades, from brownish/yellowish olive green to a very dark one. While we can't guarantee what exact shade of green you'll receive because this depends on the harvest, tree and area where they come from, we guarantee that their quality is unbeatable and you'll be very delighted.
